How the smart light bulb to connect your WiFi ?
- Download the App, please scan the QR code on User Manual/Package to download it
- Make sure your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz. Turn on and off the bulb 3 times to switch the bulb to AP Mode (Recommended)
- Click "+" to add a device, select the Lighting (Wi-Fi) to connect
- Select a Wi-Fi network and enter the password of the network
- Name your bulb with English words only
- Only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
- During the setup, please ensure that the phone and the smart bulb are in the same Wi-Fi environment, and the Wi-Fi connection distance is 50ft. Near the bulb to your phone while connecting.
- Always check if your Wi-Fi signal is good
- If steps failed, please unscrew the Alexa light bulbs and follow the App connection steps to reconnect them.
- Smart light bulbs don't work well with old dimmer switches, it will make the smart warm white light bulbs flicker.
